As with the private sessions, participants will engage with the horses through activities like grooming, leading, and observation to develop personal insights. A group setting can offer the ability for participants to benefit from others' thoughts and build upon the reflections of others. This can be very helpful for existing groups or for those who prefer a group setting.

Group Session
Step 1:
Initial Phone Consultation: Time for us to chat and get to know what you or your group are looking for.
Required prior to scheduling a private or group session.
Fee: 20 minutes - Free
Step 2:
Initial non-EFL Farm Tour to get a feel for the space and meet the horses.
Fee: $85.

A private session offers a unique, personalized experience where participants engage with the horses to develop self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills. During the session, I will guide you through various activities such as grooming, leading, and observing the horses. These interactions help you reflect on your own behaviors and emotions, fostering personal growth and insight in a supportive and distraction-free environment.
Fee:
Eight, one-hour sessions, once a week for 8 weeks (to be used within six months) - starting at $1,200 (be prepared for 15 minutes over).
